3 Star Michelin Restaurant AMADOR goes for Villa Tolnay
After a tasting of our Sauvignon Blanc 2023 and Cabernet Franc 2020 in our cellar, Juan Amador, owner and chef of the famous 3-star Michelin restaurant in Vienna, was convinced, that these two wines need to be part of the restaurants wine offering.
It wouldn’t be the maximalist Juan Amador if he would have chosen 750 ml bottles but 1500 ml magnums. Villa Tolnay was proud and deeply honored on his decision and bottled exclusively 100 magnum bottles of both wines for him.
